The staff was always kind and helpful. they made sure every detail was perfectly in order each day. one special moment involved them singing 'happy birthday' to me. This gesture touched my heart. they even prepared personalized breakfasts because i have intolerances. This was varied, safe, and delicious.
The room i stayed in felt a bit worn down. It didn't quite match the images online.

the staff was cute. the location was convenient, near the souks.
The room was not what i expected. It felt old. the bathroom was quite small, and the door was noisy. the towels felt rough. i expected more for the price, but the overall experience was underwhelming.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. they arranged my airport transfer, ensuring a smooth arrival. the room (especially the superior double room i selected) was beautifully decorated and very clean, and the bed offered crisp, clean white linen (i appreciated that!). the location was good with easy access to the souks.
the breakfast, although delicious, was quite simple.

the staff was very helpful and super. they prepared a takeaway breakfast for me when i had to leave early in the morning. the location is great (it is very central). i could park my car nearby on the streets.
the hotel could have been a little cleaner. the rooftop was dirty, and lots of the tables downstairs were too. i booked an excursion through the hotel, but not enough information was provided to be prepared properly.
